2010.08.28. Yosemite National Park - Four Mile Trail & Glacier Point. Biggest hike ever for me! We climbed 4.8 miles/7.72 km up to Glacier Point (took 4 hrs), stayed there for an hour, then went all the way back down in 3 hrs...! Sums up to around a 10 mile/16.1 km hike in 8 hours, 3,200 feet/975 m elevation gain, and 7,214 feet/2,199 m above sea level! Still don't know how we did it, we were so close to giving up when we were 70% done uphill because we had no idea how much more we had to go. I'm glad we didn't give up and made it to the top! Too bad the weather was quite hazy and wasn't ideal for pictures but that also made the hike slightly easier :)
